"Pretty good spot for bowling gear"
I found my ball and shoes easily, so that was nice. I just wish they had more colors in stock because it would’ve made choosing a little more fun.

"Website feels like it’s working against you"
I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes with this site, but it felt like it was designed to test my patience. Pages kept freezing randomly, and checkout was way more annoying than it needed to be. Maybe it’s just bad tech, or maybe they secretly want you stuck there forever second-guessing your cart. Either way, not a fun experience.

"Wish the customer service had been quicker"
I kind of regret not checking how responsive their support was before ordering. I had to wait a couple of days to hear back about my order, which was frustrating. To be fair, they did eventually reply and get it sorted out, but the response time definitely could’ve been better.

In the end, I’m happy with what I ordered. Everything was fine with the purchase itself, but the shipping ended up costing more than I expected, which was a bit of a letdown.

"Arrived on time, but the box was in rough shape"
My order arrived within the expected delivery window, which I appreciated. However, the packaging was definitely a bit beat up when it got here. The box had several dents, and one corner was pretty much half crushed. Thankfully, the ball itself was fine, so no major issue there, but I do think it could have been packed a little more securely.

I had to return an item, and while I did eventually get my refund, it took longer than I was hoping. Support did reply to me, which I appreciated, but the responses were slow and that made the whole thing feel a bit stressful. It wasn’t a horrible experience, just kind of disappointing and not as smooth as I expected

I was a little cautious about the drilling because a bad fit can really mess things up, but it turned out well. The ball fit comfortably and the holes felt right, so I didn’t have any concerns once I tried it.

"Good gear, but I’m a little less confident now"
I ordered a new bowling ball and shoes from Bowling.com, and the actual products were better than I expected. The ball showed up clean with no scuffs, and the shoes feel sturdy and comfortable so far. I’ve only used them twice, but the quality seems really good. That said, the whole experience didn’t leave me fully trusting the process like I hoped. Nothing major went wrong, but I’m a bit more cautious now about ordering again.

"Recent order felt more expensive than I expected"
I just ordered from Bowling.com recently thinking I was getting a decent deal, but once shipping and everything was added, the total felt higher than I expected. The item itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but since this last order is still fresh in my mind, it’s hard not to feel like it wasn’t really worth the price. I’ve seen similar stuff cheaper elsewhere if you take the time to look around. I might still consider them again, but they probably won’t be my first choice next time.

"I ordered a bowling ball bag along with..."
I ordered a bowling ball bag along with some cleaner, but the bag they sent was the wrong size. The cleaner was fine, so at least that part of the order was right, but still, it feels careless to mess up the main item.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a couple days, and then I had to send photos and explain the issue more than once. I get that mistakes happen, but making the customer jump through hoops for their mistake doesn’t feel right.

They did eventually fix it, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, it slowed everything down and was more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better accuracy and a smoother fix

"Product info didn’t match what I got"
I ordered a bowling ball based on the specs listed on bowling.com, but when it showed up, the weight/details didn’t match what was on the site. Frustrating after waiting for it to arrive. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely made me question how accurate their product info is. I’d double check everything before ordering, because I don’t really trust the listings now.
